Sea Vista is located directly on the beach right next door to Schlitterbahn Water Park. It's a prime location on the southern tip of the island near the Isla Blanca Park, Texas' crown jewel of parks. The complex offers two private pool/hot tub areas and two large fenced in tennis courts (the tennis courts are well protected from the wind). The grounds also feature a spacious parking area with gated entry. Sea Vista is a very quiet and well maintained family-oriented complex. There is on-site security and a management office.
