Saida Towers during spring break definately goes off due to its proximity to the Coca Cola beach stage area, not to mention it's own stage area directly in front of it.
What makes the complex so good for spring break is that this complex has the most of, and largest condos "en masse" quantity anywhere on the island that are student-friendly.
Plus, the walk to the clubs location is also very good.
This property sells out by Christmas for spring break March 11th, with March 18th week selling out about a few weeks later. It's important to book early, and to book it with someone that will guarantee that you stay actually stay there.
