Overview:
One of the older established restaurants on the Island, Rovan's is known for their excellent breakfast menu and fresh baked pastries and donuts.

Since this place has been for sale for awhile their service became really bad. My husband had an eggshell in his omelet and when we told it to our waitress, she said: "OK" and didn't do anything about it. Although the food is still really good (except for the eggshell in the omelet) we will not go back there until they get new owners and start caring about their customers again. Their famous pastries are gone as well.

The resaurant has a nice atmosphere, and good food to eat. My best memories though are of a Rovans breakfast before they renovated the place and made it larger. Somehow I remember it being more "homey" and the food being better, but who knows. Overall, it's definitely worthwhile to check it out, and the breakfasts are great.
