The Brown Pelican Inn is a well known and popular bed and breakfast facility located right on the quiet Laguna Madre Bay shoreline in South Padre Island. The Inn offers some of the finest hospitality accomodations on the Island with a total of eight elegant and clean guest rooms encased with American and English antiques. The rooms each have their own private baths, spectacular bay views and a covered porch where you can experience a Texas sunset like you have never before seen. All rooms have high ceilings, wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fans, baths, showers (one has a combo shower/tub), central air units and a wraparound porch that circles the entire building. NO room is the same! Each is unique in size, decor and overall themes such as the Big Thicket (furnished in French Pine) room, the Laguna Atascosa (designed with Eastlake furnishings) room and the Davis Mountains (dark oaks with yellow and blue subdued atmosphere) room.

Complimentary breakfast buffet of fresh-baked muffins, breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, fruit juices, coffee/tea and more are served each morning on your bayside porch (or in your room).
