"Affordable Beach House vacation Rentals, Inc" have two beach house suites for rental. Both units are located in the same house, and each have 950 square feet of living area. The Beach house is located north of the entertainment district in a quiet residential neighborhood one-half block from the beach. Both units come with full kitchens, washer/dryer, are fully furnished and have 2bedroom/2bathroom configurations. Covered parking is available beneath the house and you can fit around 2-3 cars in there (unless you're driving a Hummer!). There is also a a large deck in the front and back of the house that provide partial views of the gulf and bay.

Will also accept Spring Breakers!

Both units feature: Full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker; washer/dryer, large utility storage area, free covered parking, porch, bathrooms, bath towels/linens, A/C, and Cable TV.
